Competition For E-Commerce Candidates On The Rise
Competition for talented e-commerce candidates has been heating up this summer due to the continued strength and growth in performance of this sector.

According to a recent survey, the competition for talented e-commerce candidates is already high, and expected to become even fiercer in the coming months.
 
The survey reports that 36% of e-commerce managers plan to increase the size of their team this year, while 50% will maintain their team at it's current size following a successful 2008.
 
The successful performance of e-commerce, one of the only sectors continuing to perform and grow for many organisations during these challenging trading conditions, has been attributed as the reason behind the rise.
