Bright Purple supports The Christmas Tree Festival
Bright Purple 'deck the halls' for a good cause by taking part in The Christmas Tree Festival...
Bright Purpleare dedicated to helping the homeless cause and recently took part in The Christmas Tree Festival ran by St Andrew's and St George’s West Church. The churches are displaying Christmas Trees which have been purchased and decorated by different businesses to raise money for various homelessness charities The Rock Trust, The Bethany Care Shelter and Fresh Start.
The aim of St Andrew's and St George’s West Church is threefold:
to raise money for the homeless at Christmas;
to affirm and promote our local communities;
...and last but not least – because for the church, the time approaching Christmas is one of hope and of waiting confidently for new beginnings. They want to open their beautiful sanctuaries and welcome as many people as possible for a stunning and joyful celebration of this great festival.
The festival is on until December 24th please pop in to make a donation and view our tree and the others decorated for this worthwhile cause.
A special thank you to Judit and Megan from Bright Purple who made a great job of decorating our tree!
