Bright Purple invest in developing their sales team
Bright Purple engaged Future Sales Factory Ltd as their chosen sales training partner in 2012/13. The initial task was to enable the sales team of Bright Purple to unearth opportunities within their client and candidate base to gain an improvement on the already impressive business generation. Three separate modules to a training programme were identified; sales skills, key account management and negotiation.
The modules were delivered in the Edinburgh and London offices to great feedback, new skills were developed and the sales team were motivated to try new things and opportunities became apparent.
The sales team discovered how specific sales approaches would work well and quickly with their client and candidate base and a number of key successes were celebrated with opportunities being followed up almost immediately. Further coaching from Future Sales Factory allowed the sales team to deliver on commitments made in the modules and a new approach to sales an account management is now normal practice in the business.
