Having made the finals for Business Leader of the Year last year we are delighted to have been selected again this year and also shortlisted for another award.This demonstrates the commitment of our management team in leading the company forward.

As quoted from the Rec website “Again, the judges have been astonished by the standard of excellence and professionalism demonstrated in the entries received for the awards and again, they have had an extremely tricky time whittling them down to the crème de la crème. From this list, the judges will also choose the overall IRP Recruiter of Year.”

Commenting on the shortlist, Kevin Green, the REC’s Chief Executive and Chair of the Judging Panel, said:

“The recruitment industry is built on its people and the IRP awards celebrate this most valuable of assets. The very fact that entries have increased 30 per cent this years speaks volumes about how they are recognised by both their employers and colleagues. Again, we have all been excited and delighted by the overall standard and range of entries, all of whom celebrate both individuals and companies who are standard bearers for the highest possible professional standards to which we all strive.

“All who have reached this final stage have reason to be proud as they have demonstrated best practice, excellence and ethics that embodies what the IRP stands for. We look forward to honouring them all at our awards evening in September.”

The glittering awards ceremony hosted by Huw Edwards, the esteemed presenter and Royal Wedding broadcast anchorman, will be on the evening of Thursday September 29 at the Lancaster London Hotel following the REC’s National Convention.
