A UNIX Administrator is sought after to join a large consultancy in Glasgow. This position is to join a Technical Delivery team to control and manage the UNIX components of multiple test environments supporting in house and 3rd party applications.

Key experience needed:
*2-3 years supporting UNIX platforms
*Shell scripting experience
*Solaris 9 & 10 is desirable

Key responsibilities include:
*Create and manage processes for UNIX Environment build
*Support of test environment
*Continually improve the Unix environment installation, internal tools and processes
*Deployment of project deliverables

This particular position will require the successful candidate to cover deployment of project code, remain the first point of contact and analyse defects and continually improve environments and processes.
