Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? My client is a market leading financial services organisation based in Edinburgh and we are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager - Enterprise Services for the site in Edinburgh

The Role:
* To ensure the high quality delivery and operation of technical services which facilitate the business activities across specific technology platforms.
* You will bridge the gap between the IT Infrastructure delivery teams and IT project delivery/service.
* You will be responsible for managing technical and operational risk across the Bank's infrastructure.
* You will work in a small highly motivated team which manages the Bank's infrastructure across a range of third party partners and service providers.
* You will manage, assure and provide feedback on the technical service delivery (project/operational) achieved across specified technology platforms to ensure they meet service expectation and comply with the control framework.
* You will form an active part of the IT Infrastructure Leadership Team and ensure the success of the Bank through the successful management of our partners.
* You will support operations processes around service for technology infrastructure, e.g. ITIL, Risk Management, Control Framework, etc.
* You will manage 3rd party suppliers
* You will be involved with technology infrastructure strategy and delivery of the IT Change Portfolio

Requirements:
* You will have at least 3-5 year's experience of working as an Infrastructure Manager within the financial services industry
* You MUST have significant experience of Enterprise Services
* You will have significant experience of being a team member in a technical platform area.
* You will have demonstrable evidence of ability to manage technical services that span multiple technologies.
* Evidence of service and cost focus.
* Significant experience of working with ITIL processes.
* Significant experience of working with 3rd party suppliers.
* Significant experience of operating during a crisis and major incidents.
* You will have significant experience working in the Financial Service Industry.
