A highly renowned consultancy in Glasgow is looking for a Application Support Analyst.

The position requires a sound technical knowledge which will enhance the provision of support services. The application support analyst will use their technical understanding and experience of the development and support lifecycle to perform:
* 1st - 3rd level application support
* Customer support, solving technical issues
* Communicate customer needs to development teams

The application support analyst will have supported at least 2 of the following:
* SQL Server
* Cisco Products
* Citrix
* Microsoft
* Visual basic
* ASP
* .Net, C#, ASP .NET, VB.Net

The successful candidate will have previous application support and have excellent problem solving skills.
