Bright Purple has an urgent requirement for an experienced Service Delivery Analyst to work with their prestigious client based in Aberdeen.
Working for this award winning client, you will report to the Service Deliver Manager as part of the Service Delivery team.

Supporting around 250 users across multiple branches, your duties will include:
*General help desk duties (call logging and escalation)
*Software and hardware support, including desktop support
*Installation and configuration of new hardware and software for end users
*Troubleshooting and resolving of issues
*Active Directory and policy management
*Citrix Administration

Applicants should have previous experience of technical troubleshooting, ideally with a CompTIA A+ Certification. Applicants should also have a full UK driving licence.
