Our History

While a lot has changed in our 29 years as a business, our people remain our priority.
 
Our team are an eclectic bunch: with a 45/55 gender split and multiple nationalities, we strive to be as diverse as possible in our growing team.
 
We pride ourselves on being a supportive, collaborative, flexible and fun working environment to thrive in - something we have succeeded in and commit continually to.
 
Many of our staff are home-grown talent, including our Sales Director Kane and Finance Director Jemma, who both began their careers as juniors in the business. Another director is a returner to Bright Purple, demonstrating the lasting relationships we maintain even if people choose to move to pastures new.
