This company is AIM listed and specialises in delivering Low-Latency IT solutions across Connectivity and Analytics to Global markets. 


The Role:

This Agile Delivery Manager role will work across multiple software development teams that are spread geographically across Glasgow and London with a mix of partial to fully remote staff. This role will be aligned to the newly re-developed Glasgow office on a hybrid working basis. 

This role will be suitable for someone that is heavily invovled in being an agent to change within the IT software space. Someone that has a passion for collaborative working and supporting teams to improve and delivery exceptional product offerings to customers. 

Agile will be a main focus of this role and as such, experience in using Agile Values, Practices and Processes (inc. enabling process change across multiple sprint teams to deliver the same objectives) will be critical.


Key Responsibilities/Required Experiences:

  • Experience working in Agile teams, an understanding of different Agile practices, and a proven track record of successfully operating Agile development methodology.  
  • Experience helping Agile teams establish and adhere to norms and practices 
  • A continuous improvement mind-set and creative thinking 
  • Ability to influence behaviour of teams 
  • Actively create and maintain the culture within the squad - a strong cullture leader!
  • Have a track record coaching and supporting colleagues.
  • Own the structure and presentation of the product roadmap and work with other stakeholders to deliver. 
  • A clear operational awareness and ability to balance the need for new features with the need to maintain and support the existing systems
  • Working with Product Management  
  • Keeping up to date with latest advances in the technology industry in order to champion best practice.



Salary: Up to £60,000 + Annual Performance based Bonus
