Compiler Software Engineer - Fixed Term Contract - Cambridge
Bright Purple is working in close partnership with one of the world’s most innovative tech companies with one of the largest R&D teams in the world with approximately 80,000 employees in their research centres. A household name, their products are used by hundreds of millions of people.
We are looking to recruit an exceptional Compiler Software Engineer for their Cambridge R&D centre – which forms part of the £3 billion+ they have committed to their British research operations.
This is a fixed-term contract, working Monday to Friday in the Cambridge office.
The main responsibilities will be researching MLIR, designing and implementing compilers to enable architecture features and analysing and optimizing Software System Performance on LLVM.
Technical Skills:

Compiler Development and Architecture Design comprehensive experience.

Open Source communities (LLVM, GCC).

Software Performance analysis and optimization experience.

C/C++
-
Desirable Ph.D. in an appropriate subject.
