Customer Optimisation Analyst

Due to current growth, a fantastic opportunity has opened for a leading financial and banking services company in the UK to start immediately on a permanent basis.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to work on a new digital transformation project.

If you have strong experience in optimising your existing capabilities to deliver a better performance, then continue reading.

Your day to day:

  • Own the test life cycle of the different processes.
  • Create optimisation test documentation.
  • Analyse and define test metrics.
  • Work alongside the designers and developers to find the best practice to the business problem.
  • Identify how and when customers are using the services and products.
  • Gather and analyse data to identify where the company can improve the customer experience.

 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Customer optimisation and management experience
  • Experience using tools such as: Maxymiser, Optimizely, AB Tasty, etc.
  • Have a strong and analytical experience to interpret data.
  • Self-driven into finding what is best for the customers.
  • Strong Web analytics skills.
  • Understanding of basic numerical principles.
