Bright Purple are working with one of the UK's most pioneering healthcare informatics companies, a trail-blazing product-led company who harness the very latest in cloud, edge computing, and data science to enable ground-breaking research into disease prevention.
In this role, you'd be joining an extremely bright and fun team of Data Engineers and Data Scientists working on designing and developing Azure hosted data solutions, data pipelines, and ETL jobs. They take a very flexible approach to technology, prioritising culture fit and attitude over specific tools. We appreciate you can only work with the tech you've had exposure to, so all we ask is you bring a keen appetite to learn new things and be challenged to approach problems differently.
Set up for fully UK-wide remote, this organisation will provide you with all the support, materials and resources required to ensure you can quickly add value in the role. To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- 2+ years of commercial experience in a Data Engineering or Software Engineering position
- Good knowledge of Python/Spark/Java or similar
- Experience in Cloud Computing (ideally building out services on AWS, GCP, Azure or similar)
- Strong SQL or noSQL experience
