Delivery Lead
Are you a people focused delivery lead who can support and direct an end-to-end software delivery team? Do you want to join an established FinTech company offering great benefits and flexibility?
This is an exciting role where you will be vital to the software team’s success by ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard while remaining on time and within budget. Your remit will include skills development and workload management of team members and taking ownership of resource management in general. You will be a key person in establishing the team’s positive culture.

Salary ranges up to £45,000 with excellent benefits and a flexible approach to working. Having offices in both Edinburgh and Glasgow you can pick whichever is easier for you to travel into 2/3 times per week.
