The company are looking for an Engineering Manager that has worked on and led teams building web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate must have the ability to lead a development team whilst encouraging the progression of their careers and drive forward the creation of innovative products. The company are an extremely talented bunch who are technology agnostic so all software coding backgrounds will be considered
What you’ll bring to the role

Experience coaching and supporting the growth engineers

Driving the technical success of projects.

Experience working with clients to discuss their technical requirements and supporting the development teams to provide the best solution

Working with developers to deliver and support technical projects across the business

Being an active part of the engineering management team

Participating in engineering interviews with senior engineers
