The Role: 
We are supporting a market leading Technology organisation in Edinburgh who are looking for an individual to join their Field Service Coordination team to assist with the coordination/scheduling of their Field Engineers to effectively support their high-profile clients across the UK. 

This role will work across a shift pattern ranging across Monday-Sunday from 8am - 8pm (37.5 hours/week standard with paid overtime) Occasional weekend work will be a requirement (likely 1-2 weekends every 5-6 weeks) 



- Proven Customer Service experience 

- 2 years experience in an Administrative role 

- Confident and effective communication skills over the phone and email with external and internal stakeholders 

- Problem solving and decision making 

- PC literate and able to pick up new software packages quickly
