Implementation/Solutions Consultant – SaaS Product – Multiple Roles
As an Implementation Consultant you will be conducting business requirement gathering from their clients to establish their needs, then configuring and implementing technology for customers, with a focus on high quality of service.
You’ll be a tech savvy Implementation Consultant with previous experience across pre-sales and delivering/implementing first class software solutions ideally within a professional services environment.
You will work with other team members to deliver SaaS implementations ensuring that the scope, quality and budget expectations of our customers are met.
Exceptional communication skills are essential for this role, you will be confident in client-facing work and commercially savvy. Previous experience rolling out SaaS products into professional services environments would be useful for this role as you will be working with predominantly white-collar clients.
Key skills/experience:
**You will have extensive experience working with technology platforms, implementing SaaS products and contributing to technical pre-sales and after sales services
**You will be used to working with customers, whether they are internal or external, to deliver the business requirements of a systems-based project
**You will be able to analyse business and stakeholder needs and convert them into system functional requirements
**Excellent communication skills
**Good listening skills, and be confident running meetings and communicating at multiple levels
**Possess a good understanding of relational databases
**Confident managing stakeholders in professional services settings – we’re flexible on industry!
**Happy to travel; primarily across London/South-East – this will all be paid for
This role is based in central London with an innovative and global business, to be clear travel across London and further afield will be required. The salary on offer for this role is between £60-70k with excellent benefits on offer too.
