This role will be the sole Point of Contact within the business for internal IT and this indiviudal will work on Supporting users, setting up new users with Software/Hardware/Access & licenses as well as liaising with Suppliers (3rd parties) to delivery Support, Change and Project work across Website, EPoS and Infrastructure/Network technologies. This will support the ambitious growth of the business and maintenance of their current 16 sites across the UK. 

The role will require good relationship building across the busines and will be based on site Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. 

Responsibilities

  • Being the main contact for all store, Head Office & website IT issues
  • Ensuring that all IT is up to date & secure & licenses are reviewed/renwed effectively across O365
  • Setting up all IT for new starts (hardware, software & licenses)
  • Removing all leavers from all systems, cancelling licenses & organizing redirects
  • All network connections – landlines & broadband
  • Bringing new ways of working & procedure improvements through use of IT
  • Keeping all stores trading IT wise & having back up plans in place
  • Account manage and maintain an effective working relationship with external agencies 

Requirements

  • Understanding of documention of all connections & integrations between all systems 
  • Good experience in technical troubleshooting 
  • Personable & Dynamic - able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders
