IT Support Analyst

Based out of their HQ in Dalgety Bay, Fife you’ll be a welcome addition to a busy IT department and your role will involve but not be restricted to the following:
Handling help desk tickets, user requests, making sure everything is online, available and performing at its highest ability.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for managing IT Support at each of our locations and over time this may well expand to covering further sites where necessary.
You’ll ideally have experience using the following technology:
Windows Desktop/ Sever
Office 365
TCP/ IP
Any exposure to Cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS would be beneficial as the business is committed to using the latest technology available on the market
