IT Service Desk Support
Are you a tech savvy individual who strives to deliver exceptional support to customers? Then this is the role for you, where you will be an integral part of an exciting company who provide multi-cloud and data centre solutions.
In this position you will be responsible for 1st/2nd line support for their customers, ensuring calls are followed to process. Your technical and customer service skills will develop hand in hand within an environment where you will have the opportunity for growth and to get involved in tech projects.
What you’ll bring to the role:

Previous experience in a technical support role

Experience of user admin tasks (Active Directory, Office 365, VPN etc.)

Great customer service

An IT qualification, or working towards one
The suitable candidate will be expected to be in their Motherwell office, so it is essential you live in a commutable distance. You will also be required to take part in an out of office support rota.
