If you’re an IT Support Engineer with a year or two’s commercial experience under your belt, and you’d like to get involved in supporting the full ICT function then this may just be the role you’ve been looking for!


Working for a specialist IT managed service provider (MSP) you’ll be joining a small team of professionals who support a range of clients in a 24/7/365 outsourced IT function.


As well as a friendly and inclusive work environment, you’ll enjoy ongoing training within a fast-paced technology business where no two days are ever the same. You will need a driving licence as well as a flexible approach to working as this role will require some travel.


If this sounds like it could be your ideal move then here’s what we hope you can bring to the role:

- Previous experience in a managed services IT support role (preferred though not essential)
- Demonstrable knowledge of Windows O/S and O365 support
- Knowledge of Windows Server support including Active Directory, Group Policy etc.
- Additional experience or knowledge of M365 / SharePoint would be advantageous
- A logical approach to troubleshooting and an eagerness to learn are essential
