Bright Purple have a new opportunity with our Aberdeenshire client for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join their team and be an integral part of their support network.
The successful candidate will be able to provide resolution to issues in a quick manner, following service line agreements. Your prior experience will also mean you are able to conduct preventative maintenance. You will bring vast experience in Microsoft Server technologies but also be willing to learn some new skills and be able to adapt. You will be expected to be able to cover on call every 3 weeks.
Knowledge/Skills required for the role:
- Microsoft Windows Server Administration 2012/16/19
- Office 365 administration
- Windows 7 and 10
- Virtualization
- Cloud technologies
- Video conferencing
- Oracle or SQL writing would be a great addition to the above.
