Knowledge Graph Research Scientist
Bright Purple is working in close partnership with one of the world’s most innovative tech companies with one of the largest R&D teams in the world with approximately 80,000 employees in their research centres. A household name, their products are used by hundreds of millions of people.
We are looking to recruit an exceptional Knowledge Graph Research Scientist for their Edinburgh R&D centre – which forms part of the £3 billion+ they have committed to their British research operations.
Main responsibilities:

Research and development work on automatic knowledge acquisition and reasoning to build domain-specific or customized knowledge graphs, supporting applications, such as, but not limited to, natural language understanding, semantic search, question-answering and dialog system.

Design and develop prototypes of the next generation of knowledge-based technologies, such as knowledge-based programming language, learning and reasoning engine.

Be part of internal engineering efforts, with responsibility of algorithms, modelling, engineering and product scaling and support.
