In this role you’ll provide 24/7/365 support to a global customer base using your technical skills to support users at all levels of ability. This is an interesting a varied role that will provide you with the grounding to advance to more technical roles as your career progresses.
Joining a small but very important support team you’ll bring the following skills and experience:
- 1st & 2nd Line Application Support
- Ability to take full ownership from initial call to resolution
- Follow and contribute to support procedures and knowledge library
- Work within agreed Service Level Agreements
- Have a flexible approach to working hours (there is a shift rota in place)
- Be able to analyse and write SQL Queries as well as have basic SQL Server admin skills
This isn’t just your usual user support role. You’ll have the opportunity to be a product expert with the ability to contribute to the ongoing development of current and future product features using customer feedback.
