We’re looking to secure a Professional Services Director, who will have delivered consulting services at enterprise level, but who maintains an entrepreneurial, innovative hunger to ensure the client is always delighted! They want you to help shape the current consulting offering, while using your insight to enhance their current methods of delivery. The client is winning, they are dreaming big and so this post will suit you if you are on an upward trajectory in your career and are willing to shoulder your part in their appetite for growth. You’ll be dynamic, positive, and tenacious in your approach and communicating skills must be polished. This role comes with the responsibility to match the title, managing all aspect of post sales, from project kick offs to implementation and support and our client is looking for you to ‘raise the bar’ and help them build a consulting capability which matches their ambitions.
Working with some of the world’s biggest names as your end customer, in oil and gas, banking and more, you will be tasked with ensuring your team of permanent and subcontract, as well as partner resources are all in line with goals. So coaching will play a big role in your day job.
Our UK client are expanding their reach with business wins across Europe and MEA regions (especially Dubai). Therefore, travel is to be expected and working on middle eastern time zones.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong capability in IT and business consulting, with preferable experience of PPM solutions or business management and decision-making solutions.
- Strong relationship building abilities, you must be able to reference senior stakeholder and executive level engagements where you were in control.
- Analytical approach, with excellent attention to detail.
- Leadership and coaching background, someone who knows how to bring people on the journey with you.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills, able to talk so that the client understands exactly what they are getting, without the fluff.
