Service Desk Analyst

 

Remote working is challenging businesses on a daily basis and the IT Support team is now an essential part of every IT function.

If you’re a contract Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Engineer looking for an opportunity to support a national business through this busy time, then please read on.

Mostly home based, though likely to change as restrictions lift, this is an initial 6 months contract inside IR35 and working through an umbrella company.

You’ll bring the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of working in a busy Helpdek / Service desk environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows O/S (installs & ongoing support of 7, 8 & 10)
  • Hands on experience supporting O365
  • Active Directory administration
  • Additional experience of supporting telephones and other desktop peripherals
  • Experience of working in and contributing to an ITIL environment is an advantage
