Key skills you’ll be bringing to this role are:

  • A familiarity with working to recognised KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Comfortable with diagnosing, supporting and providing resolution to variety of issues
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards
  • Contribute to knowledge bases, documenting and updating processes
  • Strive for first time resolution

You will be based in Surrey or a commutable distance and you’ll originally be based from home, then a hybrid approach will be taken around New Year, which is looking like 2 days per week in the office. With a starting salary of £22,000, being a superstar, you’ll be rewarded with salary increases regularly.
