Keep reading as this could be your next move. My client is in need of a Service Desk Technician where you will provide mostly 2nd line support to their customer based and MIS business team which will give you the opportunity to take full ownership of the role.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • A seasoned and expert knowledge gained from working as a 2nd line engineer
  • Knowledge of Cisco and Dell networking
  • ITIL Foundation certified
  • Excellent communication skills

 

 

This position will be based in Staffordshire with multiple site visits required in their London and Colchester offices.
