Developing market leading products is one thing; actually getting the products into the customers working environments is a whole different kettle of fish.
And this is where you’ll come in.
Working with a Glasgow based software business you’ll be integrating their products into their customers IT Systems ensuring compatibility with existing platforms.
This is a full lifecycle role where you may be involved in some aspects or pre-sales technical support, through the actual implementation and onto go live support to ensure the functionality meets the agreed customer specifications.
A background in IT System Administration / Support with knowledge of SQL Server (including some scripting experience) will see you well placed to be successful in this role. Any experience of working in a call centre or large scale communications environment will be advantageous.
Many of the customers are based abroad so a flexible approach to working hours and a willingness to travel when required (not very often) is essential here.
On offer is a salary in the region of £35k to £45k (DOE) plus a generous benefits package including a bonus and life assurance, as well as an on-site canteen.
