Technical Support Assistant
Are you a tech savvy individual who strives to deliver exceptional support to customers? Then this is the role for you, where you will be an integral part of the UK’s largest technology provider to the hospitality industry.
In this position you will join a support team who provide external support to a range of customers in the hospitality industry. This is a team who work 365 days a year and shift patterns cover the businesses core hours of 7am-midnight. The client does offer paid overtime, and a shift allowance of up to 15% due to these anti-social hours.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- An interest in technology and/or getting into a technical support role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work to KPI’s
- Great customer service
For now, the role will be based from home with a hybrid approach looking to be taken around New Year. At this point 2 days per week will be in the office, so it is essential you live in Horely, Surrey or a commutable distance. With a starting salary of £22,000 you will be eligible for a salary increase every 6 months, performance dependant.
