Test Analyst - Up to £50,000

Edinburgh (Hybrid - 2 days Office)

Bright Purple is delighted to be partnering with one of the best Hospitality Management Solutions Provider through Europe and the UK. They've created an exclusive software with the best professionals for the global hospitality sector.

We are looking to speak with Test Analysts with hands on experience on automation to join a global team with professionals working from UK, Spain, France or Sweden. You'll be working with a cross-functional software delivery team providing your testing expertise.

What we are looking for:

A minimum of 2 years commercial test experience with cloud-based applications, working in an Agile development environment, ideally within a SCRUM team.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Great interpersonal skills with clarity in expression.
Result oriented, go getter and a positive attitude.
High quality first mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
Ability to quickly understand User Stories and their acceptance criteria.
An observant & proactive tester who is capable of the setup & creation of comprehensive test plans and test cases and successfully executing these tests.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
Good analytical capabilities to evaluate test results.
Ability to educate team members & junior resource on test automation and drive adoption.
Collaborates and communicates well – knowing when to raise risks and spot issues within the Sprint commitments.
Commitment to identifying, recording, documenting, and tracking bugs.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
