What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting client relationships
  • Drive account growth through strategic upselling and expansion
  • Own account performance, including financials and forecasting
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve challenges
  • Deliver insightful reporting to support innovation and decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery
  • Engage directly with clients across the UK and internationally
 
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years’ experience in account management (IT or digital consultancy preferred)
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing account performance
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
  • Confidence in presenting proposals and leading client discussions
  • A proactive, fast-paced mindset with a focus on results
  • Experience with enterprise clients (financial services, public sector, or multinational organisations is a plus)
