Role Overview
This role sits within an Innovation-led function and focuses on driving change across investment, operating models and core business processes. It’s well suited to a commercially minded Business Analyst who enjoys understanding how organisations work and making them work better. You’ll operate across the full change lifecycle, from analysing current-state investment processes and operating models through to shaping and supporting future-state solutions. Change may be delivered through process redesign, structural change, technology improvement or better use of data. You’ll work across multiple initiatives, partnering closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to challenge existing practices and embed more effective, future-focused ways of working.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver business analysis across investment and change initiatives, working independently or within a BA team
• Analyse current investment processes, operating models and decision frameworks to identify optimisation opportunities
• Design future-state processes and operating models across people, process, technology and data
• Apply a design-led, hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving and change
• Support delivery through clear requirements, process documentation and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with project managers on scope, prioritisation and delivery planning
• Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Manage workload across multiple initiatives while maintaining high-quality outputs
• Provide peer review, coaching and constructive feedback to other Business Analysts
 
Essential Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on business change, optimisation or transformation
• Strong process analysis and operating model design capability
• Ability to distinguish between structural, process and capability-driven issues
• Solid understanding of the Business Analyst role within change and delivery lifecycles
• Confident process modelling and documentation skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Logical, proactive and adaptable approach in complex environments
