We're looking for a Business Analyst to join the Technology team of a well-respected organisation, working alongside an experienced Lead BA and a wider project delivery team. You'll be involved in end-to-end analysis across a range of projects from scoping and workshops all the way through to testing and go-live.
What you'll be doing:

Delivering high-quality, end-to-end business analysis across multiple projects

Eliciting, documenting and managing business requirements from stakeholders at all levels

Producing process maps, As-Is and To-Be workflows, user stories and requirements catalogues

Supporting testing by working closely with the QA Manager to ensure requirements are met

Engaging and managing stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Working with the Change team to assess opportunities and agree improvement options

Peer reviewing BA outputs to maintain quality across the team
What we're looking for:

Solid BA experience across projects of varying size and complexity end-to-end

Strong knowledge of business analysis tools, techniques and deliverables

Comfortable working in both Waterfall and Agile environments

Experienced in running workshops with mixed audiences

Hold (or working towards) a BCS, ISEB, IIBA or equivalent BA qualification

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
