Now, they need YOU - an experienced Customer Experience Manager who can keep their clients over the moon (pun absolutely intended).

Building stellar relationships with customers worldwide

Guiding them from onboarding through to smooth software integration

Acting as the trusted link between technical teams and clients

Identifying upsell and renewal opportunities like a commercial astronaut

Leading a first-class technical support function

Keeping your finger on the pulse of the ever-evolving space industry
We’re looking for someone who:

Has solid customer account management experience

Understands satellite operations, mission planning, or ground segment software

Communicates brilliantly with both technical and non-technical people

Has a commercial spark and can spot growth opportunities from miles away

Thrives on juggling multiple priorities and delivering results
Bonus points if you:

Have experience in satellite, aerospace, or telecoms

Know your way around SaaS, CRM tools, and integration workflows
