  • Hybrid working in Buckinghamshire office (2 days in, 3 remote)
  • 28 days' holiday, plus bank holidays on top
  • Private healthcare
  • Company pension
  • Life assurance

The Role:
  • Lead a compact, high-performing team, partnering closely with Engineering, Product and operational colleagues
  • Take full ownership of delivery, launching on schedule, protecting quality and satisfying both investor and industry expectations
  • Serve as the principal link between the company and its shareholders, maintaining strong relationships at senior level
  • Manage budgets across the business, with backing from shareholder finance leaders
  • Drive clients to take ownership of the programme's benefits through well-judged operating model choices
  • Build solid governance in partnership with the board and launch readiness function, spotting, tracking and resolving risks across every workstream
  • Influence how the platform is released, run and assured as the organisation grows

To Be Considered:
  • Vast delivery experience in digital transformation, with proven success leading change from start to finish
  • Deep expertise in product release management
  • Confident across recognised delivery frameworks, Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid
  • Certifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, APMQ or Agile Scrum Master
  • First-rate leadership, negotiation and communication skills, comfortable securing buy-in from senior decision-makers in complex organisations
  • Knowledge of Service Design principles and Azure/Dynamics a strong plus
  • Must have full right to work in the UK
