DevOps Engineer
Boston/Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)
Salary up to $135,000
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team and help build, maintain, and scale the infrastructure and tools that empower our developers to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing services
Responsibilities:

Design, build and maintain scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure in AWS

Enable development teams to be owners of their systems and to deliver high impact products to our users

Partner with SRE and security teams to help developers build resilient and secure applications

Participate in our on-call and incident management process as part of a “you build it, you run it” mentality
About You:

3+ years of hands-on experience managing systems in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, etc.).

Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).

Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.).

Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.).

Experience with containerisation and container orchestration (Docker, ECS, etc.).

Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Go, or Bash).

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in distributed systems.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Advantageous but not essential:
-
Experience with Windows systems and .NET applications

Experience with serverless architectures
-
Experience with defining advanced cloud networking setups

Familiarity with SOC2, ISO 27001, or other compliance frameworks
