HR Operations Advisor
Spanish speaking, reading, and writing (C1 or C2)
Inside IR35 (must use FCSA Umbrella) - £130 p/d 

12 Month Contract

Remote UK

You will be the first point of contact for the wider HR team and business. This role is responsible for fielding and directing the delivery of all HR related requests to quickly, consistently, and effectively resolve issues in accordance with corporate guidelines of the HR function. This will be a 12 month day rate contract and an FCSA approved umbrella must be used for engagement.


Key responsibilities:
• Manage new hire onboarding activities from candidate acceptance through their start date
• Create and maintain employee files
• Serve as first point of contact for customer calls and inquiries
• Track and self-assign ServiceNow tickets
• Triage and resolve Tier1 and Tier 2 requests
• Ensure complete and accurate data is maintained for reporting and reference
• Meet established customer services goals and standards including Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Contribute to the improvement of the HR function’s processes and procedures
• Assist with background check and Right to Work Check completion

Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, and demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness as a self-starter
• Knowledge of Human Resources operations and policies and a working knowledge of local statutory regulations as they pertain to HR
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously, with attention to detail.
• Minimum one year relevant experience in a similar environment
• Experience with relevant HR systems, applications, or tools
• Advanced MS Office knowledge
• Spanish speaking, reading, and writing (C1 or C2)
