Managed Services / Application Support Analyst - Fort Worth, Texas (Hybrid)
Bright Purple is delighted to be working with a leading fintech company in the search for an experienced Managed Services / Application Support Analyst to join their newly established Texas office.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a close-knit Managed Services team supporting both internal operations and external clients. You will collaborate closely with colleagues based in Scotland, with the opportunity to travel to the UK for initial training and onboarding.
Must have full right to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
What Is In It For You:

Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, customers, and data centres

Monitor, review, and complete daily processing and batch activities

Run and analyse control reports

Provide application support and assist with software deployments

Ensure all operational service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
Skills & Experience Required
-
Proven experience in a similar Application Support or Managed Services role, with knowledge of ITIL frameworks

Strong background in B2B support
-
Excellent client engagement and communication skills

Good working knowledge of SQL Server and PowerShell

Solid understanding of relational databases

Previous experience within the finance or payments sector would be advantageous
