We're working exclusively with a Glasgow-based specialist digital marketing agency to find them a talented PPC Specialist. Our client works with an international portfolio of clients across some of the most competitive markets online, and they're looking for someone who thrives on taking real ownership of paid campaigns.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious paid media professional who wants more than just task execution. Our client has a strong culture of autonomy and continuous improvement, meaning the work you do will have a direct, visible impact.

What's on Offer
  • £26,000–£32,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working with three days per week in Glasgow city centre
  • Private medical insurance
  • Company pension
  • Health and wellbeing programme
  • A supportive team that rewards initiative and invests in its people

The Role
  • You'll join a close-knit team and take the lead on paid media activity across a varied client portfolio, from strategy and campaign build through to day-to-day optimisation and reporting.
  • You'll have direct client contact from day one and the freedom to make decisions that matter.
  • Day to day, you'll be planning, launching, and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms; conducting keyword research and audience analysis to sharpen targeting; and monitoring performance proactively so nothing slips.
  • You'll manage multiple accounts simultaneously, present results clearly to clients, and collaborate with SEO, content, and social colleagues on integrated campaigns.

  • Solid working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Track record you can talk to - campaigns you've run and outcomes you've delivered
  • Confidence with data is essential
  • Ability to communicate performance clearly to non-technical stakeholders

  • You must have the right to work in the UK
