They’re now looking for an experienced QA Lead to shape and embed QA practices across their development function. You’ll play a key role in establishing QA frameworks, defining testing standards, and championing a culture of quality across the full product lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:

Define and lead the QA strategy, ensuring quality is built in from planning through to release

Establish manual testing processes, UAT cycles and a QA framework for a lean-agile environment

Develop clear test plans, acceptance criteria, and sign-off standards

Mentor and guide QA team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement

Collaborate closely with developers, UX, and Product to ensure early engagement on testing, usability, and accessibility

Introduce tools, metrics and reporting to measure quality, stability, and user confidence

Support continuous improvement across software delivery and release management
What you’ll bring

Proven experience leading QA within web-based product or platform teams

Strong manual testing and UAT background within agile environments

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement

Experience with web application testing, cross-browser validation, and accessibility standards

Awareness of CI/CD pipelines and how QA integrates within them
-
Previous experience establishing QA functions or frameworks within development teams
