Senior Delivery Manager - Glasgow, Hybrid

Are you an experienced delivery professional who thrives on keeping projects on track, clients happy, and teams focused?

We are working with a well respected company based in Glasgow who are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join their team and take ownership of a portfolio of retained client accounts and projects.

What's on Offer
  • Salary up to £45,000
  • Hybrid working with 3 days per week in our Glasgow office
  • A collaborative team environment where your input genuinely shapes how we work

The Role
You'll be the driving force behind the smooth delivery of work for a range of retained clients, from day-to-day support requests through to monthly services and standalone projects. Working closely with project leads and a multi-disciplinary team, you'll ensure work is well-scoped, properly resourced, and delivered to a high standard.

  • Own client service desks and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and quality across multiple retainers and projects
  • Lead on requirements gathering, writing user stories, and producing clear project briefs
  • Keep project tooling (including JIRA and Confluence) up to date and in line with agreed processes
  • Maintain risk and issue logs, proactively mitigating problems and escalating where needed
  • Support and motivate the delivery team, fostering a culture of accountability

About You
You're comfortable across both Agile and more structured delivery environments and understand when to apply each approach. You have a solid grasp of project financials, budgets, cost tracking, and revenue recognition, and you're equally at home presenting to a senior client as you are facilitating a sprint planning session.

  • Experience managing digital projects or retainers, ideally in an agency setting
  • Hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint planning
  • Confidence scoping, costing, and delivering work within financial and timeline constraints
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

If this sounds like your next move, please apply with your most up to date CV.
