Bright Purple are supporting an ambitious product company looking for a Senior Software Engineer to play a key role in the development and evolution of a critical business platform.
Alongside hands-on development, you'll introduce modern engineering standards, bring a considered approach to AI-assisted tooling, and mentor the engineers around you. If you want your work to matter beyond the sprint board, this is that kind of job.

The Role:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work across the full technology stack with a strong focus on .NET development while also taking ownership of modern Angular applications. You'll play a key role in enhancing performance, scalability and user experience across a platform central to the organisation's future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable C# and .NET applications and APIs
- Design, build and enhance modern Angular front ends
- Work with Azure cloud technologies and DevOps pipelines
- Improve platform performance, reliability and scalability
Essential Skills:
- Proven commercial experience with C# and .NET
- Demonstrable Angular expertise at a senior level
- A solid track record of building and shipping production-grade software
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture and how technical decisions shape the user experience
- Hands-on commercial experience with Microsoft Azure
- Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices
