Bright Purple are supporting a global software organisation delivering a major transformation programme within the insurance market.
This is a genuinely unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst who combines strong technical delivery expertise with proven experience designing software Target Operating Models (TOMs).
We're looking for someone who has successfully taken enterprise software from concept through to repeatable client delivery, creating scalable implementation frameworks rather than simply gathering requirements. Insurance experience is a significant advantage.
Essential
- Proven experience designing and implementing software Target Operating Models (TOM)
- Strong Business Systems Analysis experience within complex software delivery programmes
- Technical understanding of system integrations, APIs, JSON, data mapping and system interactions
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical delivery models
- Ability to produce high quality solution designs, process flows and user stories
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management across both technical and business audiences
- Experience moving products from design into live customer deployment
Highly Desirable
- Insurance software experience
- Underwriting, pricing or policy administration platforms
- ISO based insurance products or rules driven platforms
- Configuration driven software solutions
- Agile software delivery
The Role
You'll own the definition of the software Target Operating Model, ensuring every client implementation follows a scalable, repeatable delivery approach.
You'll develop onboarding models, operational documentation, delivery processes and training frameworks while working closely with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions are practical and repeatable.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable discussing system integrations and delivery architecture as they are facilitating workshops with business stakeholders.
