The Role:
  • As a Software Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of several product teams, guiding delivery and performance while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • You’ll balance technical strategy with day-to-day execution, ensuring your teams deliver high-quality products efficiently and consistently. 
  • Work closely with Product Management, Architects, and other stakeholders to plan sprints, manage dependencies, and align delivery with business priorities.
  • Lead high-performing, collaborative teams with a focus on development and growth.
  • This role offers real autonomy, you’ll have influence over processes, technology choices, and team structure while ensuring alignment with broader company goals. You’ll also mentor and grow your teams, helping talented individuals achieve their potential.
 
About You:
  • Experienced in leading software product teams and delivering through Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communicator, confident engaging with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of balancing delivery with business realities, keeping teams motivated through change.
  • Highly organised, pragmatic, and results-focused, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Passionate about innovation, teamwork, and creating products that make a difference for customers.
