Technical Analyst - Fort Worth, Texas, Hybrid
Bright Purple is proud to be working with a leading fintech company to recruit a Technical Analyst for their newly established Texas office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Azure Infrastructure professional to join a highly skilled team responsible for delivering and supporting the organisation’s global Azure estate. You will work closely with colleagues based in Scotland, with the opportunity to travel to the UK for initial training.
Must have full right to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

- Salary range: $100,000 – $120,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Azure production and staging environments, ensuring optimal system health and availability

Develop and maintain infrastructure and application management tools

Ensure systems are securely patched and kept up to date

Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency

Enhance the security, reliability, quality, and delivery of hosted software solutions

Monitor and optimise system performance to anticipate customer needs and drive continuous improvement

Provide primary operational support for applications and services

Participate in an on-call rota to support incident management and operational continuity
Skills & Experience Required
-
Proven experience delivering critical, high-availability services

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services

Background in IT Operations and/or Systems Administration

Skilled in PowerShell scripting and automation

Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues and drive system and performance improvements

Experience with relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and SQL querying

Agile delivery methodologies

Knowledge of security frameworks

Understanding of ITIL principles is desirable
