The Role

  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy across a key product portfolio.
  • Translate market trends, customer insights, and user requirements into innovative and commercially successful product solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle — from concept and design through to launch and post-market optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to validate direction and maintain strong market alignment.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in all product decisions.
  • Drive the evolution of connected and cloud-enabled solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Ensure products comply with relevant industry regulations and quality standards.

About You

  • Minimum 5–7 years’ product management experience within the healthcare technology, medical device, or digital health sector.
  • Proven track record of leading software or device products from conception to launch in a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including strategy, development, and post-market phases.
  • Experience with connected or cloud-based technologies is highly desirable.
  • Degree in a relevant technical, clinical, or business discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
