Web Developer - Scotland
An established organisation is seeking a talented Web Developer to join its team. You’ll work across a varied range of projects in different sectors, supporting both new builds and the ongoing improvement of existing platforms.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in Scotland.
Salary up to £35,000, with clear opportunities for career progression.
The Role:

You’ll work as part of a small, collaborative technical team, contributing to the delivery and maintenance of websites, online platforms and solutions.

The position is hands-on and suited to someone comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your work, contribute to technical decisions, and help improve internal systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining websites using CMS-based platforms

Developing and supporting ecommerce websites

Optimising performance, accessibility and security across projects

Managing hosting environments, domains and related infrastructure
To Be Considered You Will Have:

Proven commercial experience as a web developer

PHP background
-
Ability to work with MySQL, JavaScript, HTML and CSS

A problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Clear written and verbal communication
