I’ve been with Bright Purple for 7 years now and retain my 360 role as recruiter meaning I am responsible for business development and filling roles by sourcing candidates. I have 16 years IT recruitment experience and when I started at Bright Purple I set up a brand new vertical which was Sales, Marketing and commercial vacancies within IT.

What has been your favourite Bright Purple memory so far?
I really enjoyed the charity relay we did for the Stroke Association back in July 2020. It was the first time we had met up in person (socially distanced) in the Meadows afterwards for some drinks….it struck a chord how we all really are friends, not just colleagues and how we had really missed the social aspects of being office based.
If you were a superhero, what would your name and superpower be?
I’d be called Panther and I would be able to transform myself into a big black panther. I would also be able to turn myself invisible when needed.
What do you like most about working for Bright Purple?
We are a forward thinking company, not shy of change with a great reputation in the market. We also don’t take ourselves too seriously. Banter is important.
