While a lot has changed in our 27 years as a business, our Purple People remain our priority.
 
Our team are an eclectic bunch: with a 45/55 gender split and multiple nationalities, we strive to be as diverse as possible in our growing team.
 
We pride ourselves on being a supportive, collaborative, flexible and fun working environment to thrive in - something we have succeeded in and commit continually to.
 
Many of our staff are home-grown talent, including our Sales Director Kane and Finance Director Jemma, who both began their careers as juniors in the business. Three of our other Senior Team members are all returners to Bright Purple, demonstrating the lasting relationships we maintain even if people choose to move to pastures new.

The Bright Purple Principles

We've created 6 Purple Principles that are at the heart of our culture and the essence of our people. We believe that by following
our mission and principles, we are easy to do business with, and great to work for!
